Conservancy of Southwest Florida Celebrates another Successful Wildlife Baby Shower!
The Conservancy of Southwest Florida’s second Annual Wildlife Baby Shower, held on June 3rd, was a tremendous success! With 154 guests in attendance, the Conservancy received over $3,500 in donations from 175 donors including group donations from The Hertz Corporation and Sea Crest County Day students. These donations included items such as various medical supplies, towels, cleaning products and food items to help support the hospital in caring for wildlife babies.
The von Arx Wildlife Hospital Manager, Jonee’ Miller, was excited about the success of the shower. “We are absolutely thrilled about the incredible turn out and support from our Southwest Florida community. Everyone was so generous and eager to aid the wildlife hospital and all of our wildlife babies.”
“It is so inspiring to have such wonderful support,” said Joanna Fitzgerald, von Arx Wildlife Hospital Director. “I am so incredibly grateful for the passion of the Southwest Florida community in caring for our wildlife neighbors.”
